| What you can Purchase You will find listed below a book and many video tapes. What you can buy locally depends on where you are. If you are in the UK for example you can only purchase the book. However, if you are in the US you have the option of the book or the videos or a CD of music. Of course anyone, anywhere can purchase anything from here as long as they are willing to pay the international shipping costs. You should always aim to purchase locally as that will save you money - i.e. if you are in the UK and you want the book then buy it from amazon.co.uk. For this reason the sections are divided by country of origin. Purchasing on the Internet - Is it Safe? In a word YES. I have purchased many many books and video tapes over the net during the last 2 years. I have not once been ripped off or had my credit card number stolen. Personally I believe this form of purchase is safer then many others (such as telephone mail order for example). See the Amazon sites help screens for more information about purchase safety. How To Shop When you click on an item you will be taken to Amazon.com or Amazon.co.uk depending on what you clicked on. A new window will open to show you this. You can then add the item to your shopping basket or choose not to purchase as you wish. Either way when you have finished browsing on Amazon you can either close the Amazon window or resize/arrange it to be alongside this window. Closing the Amazon window does NOT empty your shopping basket (you would have to close all browser windows for that to happen). When you are happy you have purchased all you want (assuming you have purchased anything) and you have just added the last item click on the "Proceed to Checkout" button at Amazon and follow the procedure to pay for the items. The Man From U.N.C.L.E on DVD!!!! (click on picture for a larger image) Last time I checked the cost of this DVD was £17.99 UK. Of course what EVERYONE wants is the entire series on DVD - but at least this is a start! For once the UK seems to be ahead of the US - what this is are the 5 excellect Man from U.N.C.L.E films on DVD. A MUST have for any U.N.C.L.E fan! Now you can freeze frame on Illya or examine Napoleans girl pulling techniques in perfect slow motion... Viewers in the US should note that region encoding may stop you from viewing this. The DVD is encoded for use in Region 2 only so to play it in the US you will need a DVD player that allows you to override region encoding as well as equipment that will display PAL video signals! No problems for anyone in the UK or Europe though! The DVD contains: 'The Spy With No Face', 'One Spy Too Many', 'Karate Killers', 'Helicopter Spies' and 'How To Steal The World'. ORDER NOW |

The Man From U.N.C.L.E soundtrack CD is listed at Amazon's UK store but seems to be always in the "limited availability" category. You could try your luck however, or maybe they will have details of a second hand copy. If you wish to see TRY HERE.
The USA
The book and a number of
videos are available for purchase from the US. If you are in the UK
be sure that your video equipment can play American NTSC standard
video tapes before ordering otherwise you may not be able to view your purchases!
If you are purchasing DVD's the requirement still exists (so much for the digital
age). Also in addition please check that any DVD's are not region code protected or
that your machine can override this if necessary.

AT LONG LAST! News of Man from U.N.C.L.E TV Series DVD's starting with SEASON 1. They are not here yet but you can PRE-ORDER them at reduced price at Amazon... seems like they may finally be arriving soon (Amazon say July 2006). UPDATE - It appears a rights issue has emerged with these DVD's and they are now unavailable for pre-order. Since this situation changes from day to day for now we have left the link up in case they return. If we find anything more definitive out we will update here. |
